1. ENTER YOUR ACCOUNT NUMBER FOLLOWED BY THE # KEY
2. ENTER YOUR PIN NUMBER FOLLOWED BY THE # KEY
3. ENTER A TRANSACTION CODE FOLLOWED BY THE # KEY
4. ENTER AN ACCOUNT SUFFIX CODE FOLLOWED BY THE # KEY
5. TO END THE SESSION, SIMPLY HANG UP

REMEMBER:

• THE # KEY MUST BE PRESSED TO CONCLUDE EACH ENTRY
• THE * KEY WILL PAUSE THE SYSTEM AT ANY POINT

ACCOUNT SUFFIX CONVERSION TABLE:

• Suffix A is 21# Share Savings
• Suffix C is 23# Holiday Club

• Suffix 0 is 10# Checking Account
• (For checking use the OPER “0”)
• Certificates of Deposit and IRA and loan accounts will have a variety of
  suffix/number combinations. If you wish, the audio system will automatically
  give you balances on all of your accounts if a suffix is not supplied.

NOTE: Share withdrawals will have the option of picking up the check at the credit union or having the check mailed to your address of record. Audio share withdrawals cannot be sent to a workstation.
